Information on Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the date:

• on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), take possession of the goods, if you ordered one or more goods under a single order and they are delivered simultaneously;

• on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), take possession of the last goods, if you ordered multiple goods under a single order and they are delivered separately.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. This can be done via email: support@LivanoFashion.com.
You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this agreement, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery type other than the standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice.
We will use the same payment method for this reimbursement as you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will this reimbursement incur any fees for you.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have:

• received the returned goods, or

• you have provided evidence that you have sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods immediately and no later than 30 days from the date on which you informed us of the withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 30-day period expires.
The direct costs of returning the goods are your responsibility.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Reasons for Exclusion and Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

• for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and are produced based on an individual choice or decision of the consumer;

• for the supply of goods that can quickly perish or have a limited shelf life;

• for the supply of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon in the contract but can only be delivered at the earliest 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and whose value depends on market fluctuations;

• for the supply of newspapers, magazines, or periodicals, except for subscriptions.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts:

• for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been broken after delivery;

• for the supply of goods which are inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature;

• for the supply of audio and video recordings and computer software in a sealed package, if the seal has been broken after delivery.
